If they wish to, members of the shed have the opportunity to use the workshop facilities to either work on personal projects, or larger "Shed" projects which are usually for the benefit of local community groups.
We have a small allotment area behind the sheds, where we grow a variety of vegetables. The allotment is surrounded by young fruit trees which we hope will provide a steady supply of apples and plums in years to come.
Nothing is so important that it can't be interrupted by a tea (or coffee) break. It's a chance to catch up with fellow shedders and discuss anything and everything.
